Finca Rafalet Piscola is a charming beautifully restored family home, full of character with colourful Mediterranean decor throughout and further complimented by the artistic owner's collection of paintings of a bygone age. Throughout is a natural and pleasing summer ambience.
Built on two floors this stone clad farmhouse has many traditional features, inner stone walls, terracotta tiles, original beamed wooden ceilings and sympathically furnished throughout.

From the front covered terrace the original Mallorquine wooden double doors open into the large hallway leading through the complete width of the property to the poolside terraces. The very spacious lounge has seating area, traditional stone walls, complimentary "Wifi" internet, iPod docking station, Plasma Satellite TV and Playstation 2.

Dining in comfort is assured as the impressive dining room with floor to ceiling windows afford glorious views to the garden and swimming pool. To the rear of the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen with all our modern day requirements including dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/gas hob and walk-in pantry. From the kitchen a side door leads out to the covered BBQ area.

A second doorway leads to the utility area housing the washing machine.

To the right of the entrance an inner stone archway leads to one twin bedroom with pool and garden views and has an adjacent large shower room.

From the hall is the main stairway leading up to the galleried landing and onto the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private sun terrace with far reaching views. Two further attractive twin bedrooms each have doorway opening to the second sun terrace and share a good size family bath/shower room.

Complimentary air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating for early / late season bookings.

Surroundings

To the rear of the house is the impressive covered BBQ dining terrace with a huge solid oak "banquet" dining table comfortably seating 8 persons. The superb oval shaped swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the crystal clear waters and relaxing reclining sun loungers adorning the furnished sun terraces with grassed areas for children to play amongst the hedged gardens. For your added convenience is a poolside shower.

The picturesque secluded part shaded sun terrace is an ideal area for afternoon siestas and total relaxation. In the evenings relax on the poolside terrace and watch the unforgettable flame-red sunsets against a backdrop of the traumantana mountains.

Table tennis is also provided.
