Distribution
The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors. Downstairs access a large hall which leads to the different rooms on this floor. On the left a hallway leads to a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with en suite.

To the right of the hall is the kitchen fully equipped with separate access to the dining room and spacious lounge.

From the hall a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the rest of us dormitoiros. The main double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with round tub and shower separated) and a bedroom with a trundle bed beds and en en suite shower room

Outdoors

The exterior of the villa has different zones. The entrance area of the house with a small sculpture / fountain decorating it, is an area where you can enjoying beautiful views towards the sea and towards Nerja.

Stairs lead us to the butterfly-shaped pool with sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the wonderful climate of the Costa del Sol has barbecue and design and construction of a pergola with tables and chairs to enjoy meals al fresco. South of the pool is a large garden area where you can walk by and by the way contact animal nature, as the garden has several aviaries and poultry. At the end of this beautiful walk is a training track suitable for practicing paddle.

Indoor

Fully equipped kitchen: cooker, four ovens, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

Lounge: with comfortable sofas and plasma TV and satellite (with limited foreign channels)

The villa is located on the outskirts of Nerja with the famous Caves of Nerja and Maro village . With very easy access from the Coast road and from the highway.
